Refunds.

If Judiscend isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask.

Write to [email protected] from the email you used to buy, or use the link on your Paddle receipt. Please include your order number if you have it.

How it works.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller, and go back to the way you paid. Paddle emails you when the refund is made; how long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider. Once you’re refunded, your licence ends.

For 14 days after you buy, Judiscend checks once a day whether your purchase was refunded. If it was, the app stops working, except for exporting and deleting your records. After 14 days it doesn’t check again. Later versions of Judiscend won’t accept a refunded licence.

Your right to cancel.

At checkout you’re asked to agree that your download can start straight away, and to acknowledge that you lose the legal right to cancel once it does. Our 14-day refund applies anyway.

After 14 days.

Your legal rights still apply. If Judiscend is faulty or not as described, write to us and we’ll put it right or refund you where the law says we should.

Orders from places we don’t sell to.

If an order comes from a country or region where we don’t sell yet, we’ll refund it in full and won’t issue a licence. See our terms for where we sell.
